David York (Owner) of Mini Hamptons is NOT to be trusted. His building company `York Building` has gone into Liquidation yet he is still operating under Mini Hamptons. Fair trading are investigating him. He owes to local tradies, ripped off many locals in the southern Highlands Community . We stupidly believed his lies, we paid $75 k upfront as he conned us into thinking we needed to pay more than the deposit due to a long wait time in ordering materials, once paid no materials were ordered straight away as he kept stating was urgent. No one single trademan or surveyor stepped foot onto our property. All we received was texts and lies.. He knew all along he was going into liquidation and knew he had outstanding cases against him through Fair trading. This man hides behind his friends and is clever in what he does. Do not trust his lies. We are one of many who have lost $1000`s..
