About the Area:  Moruya is a thriving coastal country town and home to Eurobodalla Shire Council.  It has a hospital, its own airport, beautiful beaches and river, restaurants, schools and all modern amenities.  It is 20 mins from Batemans Bay which has a university campus,  2 hours drive from Canberra, 4hrs from Sydney.  There are loads of employment and/or study opportunities in the area at the moment.
